Most workforce programs get one honest look. Usually too late.

Vísir is our full-lifecycle methodology for workforce service and technology programs. Nine modules cover the problem definition, selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization. Engage one or run them all.
It’s a spiral, not a line. We come back to the same questions. Never the same starting point.
The Name
Vísir (VEE-seer) comes from vegvísir, the Norse wayfinder. It means guide. That’s the job. We don’t just hand you a map and leave.

A line or an arc implies an endpoint – a start, a finish, and nothing after. That’s not accurate here: the methodology’s final stage is a health check, and a health check is functionally the same move as the current-state assessment that opens the whole engagement.
That’s a spiral: the same fundamental move -assess where things stand – recurs over the life of the engagement, but each time it recurs, it starts from further ahead than the last time, because nothing measured and nothing learned gets lost in between.
Nine modules. Start at any one.
| # | Module | Question it answers | |
| 0 | Trigger & Problem Definition | What future are you solving for? | |
| 1 | Readiness | Can your organization absorb this change? | |
| 2 | Selection | Which option fits best, not which one pitches best? | |
| 3 | Pre-Implementation Mobilization | Is everyone ready before anyone configures anything? | |
| 4 | Implementation | Is it being built the way it was designed? | |
| 5 | Launch & Hypercare | What break early, and who owns fixing it? | |
| 6 | Absorption | Are people actually using it? | |
| 7 | Realization | Is it delivering what was promised? | |
| 8 | Optimization & Expansion | What comes net, starting from what we learned? |
What makes us so different?
- We clarify the future, not just the problem. The first question isn’t what’s broken. It’s what future you are solving for – and most processes never ask it.
- We choose on fit, not on the pitch. Requirements are defined and weighted before the first demo, so the strongest presentation doesn’t quietly become the decision.
- Readiness is a condition for success, not a box tick. We surface what’s real before anyone configures anything.
- We measure at every checkpoint, not once at go-live. Most programs get assessed near launch and then left alone.
- Vendor-agnostic, by design. We don’t resell, and we take no commission or equity from providers.
The diagnostic underneath
Vísir’s key to solution success focuses on RAR: Readiness, Absorption, Realization. It tells us whether a program is ready, whether people have taken it on, and whether it’s paying back. We built it, we tested it again live engagements, and we keep refining.
