She has over two decades of contingent workforce optimization experience in executive leadership, management, and hands-on contributions in the following areas: strategy, sales, marketing, operations, coaching, channel partnerships, recruitment, product development, implementation, process optimization, and technology. It’s this unique diversity that enables her to understand how areas across an organization intersect, and which opportunities to leverage to drive the best financial results.

After 20 years in the staffing industry, Holly Erlichman started Sysla out of her strong desire to use the skills learned and experiences she had to shorten the learning curve to help companies and people grow more quickly.
Holly leads with vision, energy, candor, authenticity and compassion. Fueled by the power of continuous improvement, she creates efficiencies by using technology, well-designed processes and the right people mix—all of which works together to create a culture where people and businesses thrive.
Holly is a member of the esteemed Contingent Workforce Institute (CWI), a collective of neutral (non-affiliated) contingent workforce experts who are dedicated to providing consulting services, coaching and advisory services, industry advocacy, and support for our clients’ contingent workforce strategies.

Project-Based – When team bandwidth is in short supply, we can provide full-time or part-time support to complete a specific project or resolve a specific issue.
Interim – Our team can fill a full- or part-time role for a set period of time—usually tied to a strategic priority like strategic planning, growth or transformation.
Fractional – We can provide as-needed support on a part-time basis—enabling you to get high-level expertise at fractions of the cost of a full-time hire.
